I work with leaders, teams, and organizations that need clarity to make decisions, maturity to relate to one another, and consistency to lead in complex and demanding contexts. I support real transformation processes, where current dynamics no longer support the performance, climate, or sustainability of the system.

Where leadership becomes conscious and effective

I work with people, teams and organizations that operate in contexts of high demand, complexity and constant pressure. Executives, managers, and teams who need to make clear decisions, hold difficult conversations, and lead without losing coherence or humanity.

My support does not consist of “doing coaching”. It consists of intervening where the system is not currently functioning with the clarity and maturity that the business requires: unspoken conflicts, relational wear and tear, lack of alignment, ineffective meetings, reactive leadership, or teams that have lost focus and shared responsibility.

I work from a systemic and transformational approach, integrating executive coaching, leadership, NLP and neuroscience. This allows me to go beyond the individual person and understand how the patterns, relationships, and culture that sustain the team and the organization operate. That’s where the real room for change appears.

I provide support through real presence, deep listening, and absolute respect for the client’s autonomy. I don’t direct, I don’t impose, I don’t interpret. I trust in the ability of individuals and teams to take responsibility and evolve when the space is safe, clear, and well-supported.

My work helps to clear the noise, restore clarity, and transform the way people lead and collaborate. People stop reacting and begin to respond with judgment and reflection. Teams gain maturity, confidence, and turn the relationship into a resource, not an obstacle. Organizations are moving towards more conscious, coherent, and sustainable cultures.

I sustain the process even in uncomfortable moments, because that is where lasting learning is consolidated. Professional Career

My professional career has always been linked to the deep support of people and systems in times of change. For more than twelve years I have worked as a natural therapist, supporting both individuals and business environments in processes of emotional management, stress and integral well-being. This stage allowed me to understand in depth how people function under pressure, how blockages are generated, and above all, how a real transformation occurs when there is awareness, space, and responsibility.

Over time, I became aware that my perspective and my way of supporting went beyond the therapeutic field. My vision no longer aligned with my professional mission. That was the turning point that marked a clear change of stage and led me to specialize in coaching, focusing my work on leadership, teams, and organizations.

I first trained in strengths coaching, and later I deepened my expertise in executive, leadership and team coaching, integrating a systemic and transformational approach. I am certified by EFIC and have accreditations linked to ICF (AATC, CCE and IDIPE Chair). My training is complemented by studies in NLP, neuroleadership, Harvard negotiation techniques, mediation vision, conflict resolution, non-violent communication, mindfulness, emotional management and stress management, always from a practical orientation and applied to real contexts.

I have worked with managers, management committees, middle managers, entire teams, SMEs, large companies, startups and sports entities, supporting both individual leadership processes and complex team dynamics. My specialty is observing the system, identifying the patterns that block collaboration, and facilitating spaces where people regain clarity, responsibility, and the ability to act.

What motivates me is seeing how a group of people can generate real SYNERGY and transform into a high-performance team, where the relationship ceases to be a problem and becomes a resource. I accompany through presence, listening and absolute respect for the client’s autonomy, with method, ethics and flexibility, sustaining processes that generate visible and sustainable changes over time.
