<strong>en realitat el que hi ha s\u00f3n grups de professionals que treballen en paral\u00b7lel.<\/strong> Comparteixen projectes, reunions i objectius, per\u00f2 no necess\u00e0riament una manera de relacionar-se que generi cohesi\u00f3, confian\u00e7a o una veritable responsabilitat compartida. Des de fora, pot semblar un equip, per\u00f2 <strong>per dins es percep com un conjunt d&#8217;individualitats<\/strong> que avancen sense una direcci\u00f3 comuna.  <br\/><strong>La difer\u00e8ncia entre un grup i un equip no \u00e9s a l&#8217;estructura, sin\u00f3 a la qualitat de la relaci\u00f3<\/strong>. Un equip de deb\u00f2 no \u00e9s aquell que evita les tensions, sin\u00f3 el que sap integrar-les sense que es converteixin en un fre. \u00c9s un sistema viu, on cada persona ent\u00e9n el seu paper, reconeix l&#8217;impacte de les seves accions i se sent part d&#8217;una cosa que va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la tasca individual.<br\/>Tot equip que funciona amb maduresa comparteix un element essencial: <strong>un prop\u00f2sit que d\u00f3na sentit a all\u00f2 que fan<\/strong>. No es tracta nom\u00e9s de saber qu\u00e8 cal fer, sin\u00f3 de <strong>comprendre per qu\u00e8 es fa<\/strong>. Aquest prop\u00f2sit actua com una br\u00faixola que orienta decisions, prioritza esfor\u00e7os i redueix desgast. Aquests acords<strong> no s\u00f3n normes r\u00edgides<\/strong>, sin\u00f3 pactes que sostenen la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i permeten que l&#8217;equip avanci fins i tot en moments de pressi\u00f3. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La relaci\u00f3, lluny de ser un obstacle, <strong>esdev\u00e9 un recurs<\/strong>. Els equips dalt rendiment <strong>no busquen pensar igual, sin\u00f3 pensar junts. <\/strong>La diversitat es converteix en un avantatge, el desacord en una oportunitat i la complementarietat en un motor dinnovaci\u00f3. Quan la relaci\u00f3 es viu com un actiu, l&#8217;equip deixa de reaccionar i comen\u00e7a a respondre amb m\u00e9s maduresa.<br\/>La sinergia apareix quan s&#8217;integra tot aix\u00f2. No \u00e9s un concepte inspirador, sin\u00f3 una cosa que es percep al dia a dia: la comunicaci\u00f3 flueix sense necessitat de controlar, les tensions s&#8217;aborden amb naturalitat, les decisions es prenen amb criteri i la responsabilitat es comparteix. L&#8217;equip avan\u00e7a amb una energia diferent, m\u00e9s estable, m\u00e9s conscient i orientada a resultats sostenibles.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un equip aix\u00ed no sorgeix per casualitat. Es construeix amb m\u00e8tode, amb pres\u00e8ncia i amb un acompanyament que il\u00b7lumini els patrons que frenen la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3.
