document, s&#8217;esmenten en una presentaci\u00f3 o es mostren en una paret dissenyada amb molta cura. I despr\u00e9s n&#8217;hi ha d&#8217;altres on <strong>els valors no necessiten ser nomenats perqu\u00e8 se senten<\/strong>. Es perceben en la manera com<strong> les persones se saluden al mat\u00ed<\/strong>, com <strong>s&#8217;escolten en una reuni\u00f3<\/strong>, com <strong>s&#8217;acompanya alg\u00fa que travessa un moment de pressi\u00f3<\/strong> o com <strong>se celebra un \u00e8xit<\/strong>, per petit que sigui. En aquests llocs, els valors no s\u00f3n un concepte; <strong>s\u00f3n una manera de ser-hi.<\/strong>   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els valors quan <strong>s\u00f3n reals no viuen en frases inspiradores<\/strong>. Viuen als gestos quotidians. En la manera com es conversa, en la manera com es decideix, en la coher\u00e8ncia entre el que es diu i el que es fa. S\u00f3n silenciosos, per\u00f2 constants. No necessiten ser recordats perqu\u00e8 s\u00f3n presents a cada interacci\u00f3. I quan aix\u00f2 passa,<strong> la cultura es converteix en un espai que sost\u00e9<\/strong>, que orienta i que d\u00f3na sentit fins i tot en moments de canvi o incertesa.<br\/>No obstant aix\u00f2, tamb\u00e9 hi ha organitzacions on els valors estan definits amb bona intenci\u00f3, per\u00f2 no arriben a convertir-se en experi\u00e8ncia. No \u00e9s que hi falti voluntat; \u00e9s que la dist\u00e0ncia entre all\u00f2 que es declara i all\u00f2 que es practica es va obrint sense que ning\u00fa ho noti al principi. Aquesta dist\u00e0ncia es manifesta en converses que no arriben a fons, en decisions que es prenen sense alineaci\u00f3, en reunions on s?avan\u00e7a sense claredat o en equips que senten que cada \u00e0rea opera amb un criteri diferent. No \u00e9s una fallada, \u00e9s un senyal. Una invitaci\u00f3 a mirar amb m\u00e9s atenci\u00f3.         <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan una empresa s&#8217;atura a observar la seva cultura amb honestedat, passa una cosa important. No es tracta davaluar, sin\u00f3 de comprendre. <strong>De mirar com es prenen les decisions, com s&#8217;acompanya els equips, com es gestionen les tensions i com se sost\u00e9 la responsabilitat compartida.<\/strong> Aquesta mirada no cerca culpables; cerca patrons. Patrons que es repeteixen, que condicionen la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i que, de vegades, limiten el potencial de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 sense que ning\u00fa no ho hagi decidit conscientment.<br\/>A partir d?aqu\u00ed, els valors tornen a ocupar el lloc que els correspon. No pas com una declaraci\u00f3, sin\u00f3<strong> com una pr\u00e0ctica.<\/strong> Com una manera de relacionar-se. Com una manera de ser-hi. El respecte deixa de ser una paraula i es converteix en la manera d&#8217;escoltar. La responsabilitat deixa de ser un concepte i es converteix en la manera de complir acords. La col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 deixa de ser un ideal i es converteix en la manera d&#8217;integrar perspectives diferents sense perdre cohesi\u00f3. La coher\u00e8ncia deixa de ser un desig i esdev\u00e9 una refer\u00e8ncia quotidiana.          <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan els valors es practiquen, <strong>la cultura es transforma de manera natural. <\/strong>Les converses guanyen profunditat. Les decisions esdevenen m\u00e9s clares. La confian\u00e7a s&#8217;enforteix. La col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 flueix amb m\u00e9s suavitat. I els resultats deixen de dependre de l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 individual per recolzar-se en una estructura col\u00b7lectiva m\u00e9s conscient i m\u00e9s estable.<br\/>Una cultura madura <strong>no es construeix des de la imposici\u00f3<\/strong>. Es construeix des de la <strong>participaci\u00f3<\/strong>. Des de lescolta. Des de la capacitat de <strong>revisar all\u00f2 que ja existeix sense judici<\/strong> i d&#8217;obrir espai a noves maneres d&#8217;actuar. Quan les persones participen en aquest proc\u00e9s, els valors deixen de ser un marc extern i es converteixen en una cosa pr\u00f2pia. Cosa que es cuida. Cosa que se sost\u00e9.<br\/>La cultura no \u00e9s un projecte puntual ni un exercici de comunicaci\u00f3.<strong> \u00c9s un proc\u00e9s viu que evoluciona amb l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3.<\/strong> Requereix pres\u00e8ncia, m\u00e8tode i una mirada capa\u00e7 de veure m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del que \u00e9s immediat. Quan els valors es converteixen en pr\u00e0ctica, l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 deixa de moure&#8217;s des de la in\u00e8rcia i es comen\u00e7a a moure des de la intenci\u00f3.
