escrits a la web o en una presentaci\u00f3 de benvinguda, per\u00f2 no sempre se senten a l&#8217;ambient.<\/strong> Jo ho noto de seguida: quan un equip hi est\u00e0 alineat, la conversa flueix d&#8217;una altra manera. Hi ha una coher\u00e8ncia silenciosa, una mena d&#8217;acord t\u00e0cit que fa que les decisions tinguin sentit i que les persones es moguin en la mateixa direcci\u00f3 sense necessitat d&#8217;instruccions constants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan no hi ha aquesta alineaci\u00f3, en canvi, la cultura es torna difusa. Cadasc\u00fa interpreta les prioritats a la seva manera, els conflictes es multipliquen i el lideratge es desgasta intentant corregir desajustos que, en realitat, s\u00f3n culturals, no operatius.<br\/>Per aix\u00f2 insisteixo tant que <strong>els valors no s\u00f3n un adorn: s\u00f3n un marc de refer\u00e8ncia que sost\u00e9 la identitat col\u00b7lectiva.<\/strong> S\u00f3n la br\u00faixola que permet avan\u00e7ar fins i tot quan el cam\u00ed es torna incert.<br\/>Al llarg dels anys he vist com canvia la din\u00e0mica d\u201fun equip quan els valors deixen de ser teoria i es converteixen en pr\u00e0ctica. De sobte, les converses dif\u00edcils es tornen m\u00e9s honestes, perqu\u00e8 tothom sap des de quins principis es parla. Les decisions esdevenen m\u00e9s r\u00e0pides, perqu\u00e8 ja no depenen tant de la jerarquia, sin\u00f3 d&#8217;un criteri compartit. I la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 es torna m\u00e9s fluida, perqu\u00e8 <strong>les expectatives estan clares i no cal desxifrar-les.<\/strong><br\/>Tamb\u00e9 he observat una cosa molt poderosa: quan els valors s\u00f3n vius, les persones senten que pertanyen a alguna cosa significativa. No nom\u00e9s treballen; <strong>contribueixen<\/strong>. No nom\u00e9s compleixen; hi participen. I aquesta difer\u00e8ncia es nota a l&#8217;energia, a la creativitat ia la resili\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;equip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan facilito processos d&#8217;alineaci\u00f3 cultural, el meu objectiu no \u00e9s que memoritzin una llista de paraules, sin\u00f3 que descobreixin qu\u00e8 signifiquen per a ells. Treballo amb preguntes que obren espai a la reflexi\u00f3: quins comportaments representen realment aquest valor?, quines decisions ho honoren?, quines actituds el contradiuen?, com es veu aquest valor en un dia qualsevol de feina?<br\/>A partir d?aqu\u00ed, l?equip comen\u00e7a a construir un llenguatge com\u00fa. No \u00e9s un exercici intel\u00b7lectual, sin\u00f3 vivencial. Us convido a observar-vos, a posar exemples reals, a recon\u00e8ixer quan un valor s&#8217;ha respectat i quan no. I, sobretot, a <strong>assumir que els valors nom\u00e9s existeixen si es practiquen<\/strong>, especialment quan costa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M&#8217;agrada dir que els valors s\u00f3n un mirall: mostren qui som com a organitzaci\u00f3, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 qui volem ser. I aquest mirall nom\u00e9s funciona si gosem mirar-lo junts.<br\/>Quan una empresa aconsegueix que els seus valors es converteixin en h\u00e0bits, <strong>la cultura esdev\u00e9 un actiu estrat\u00e8gic.<\/strong> Atrau talent que encaixa, ret\u00e9 els qui se senten identificats i genera confian\u00e7a en clients i col\u00b7laboradors. La coher\u00e8ncia es converteix en reputaci\u00f3 i la reputaci\u00f3 en fortalesa.<br\/>Per\u00f2 res d&#8217;aix\u00f2 no passa per casualitat. Requereix intenci\u00f3, conversa i lideratge. Requereix que cada persona, des del seu rol, es pregunti com pot contribuir a fer que aquests valors cobrin vida.
